Cinnamon Pull Apart Loaf

Since making pizza dough, I've been wanting to use yeast again! I love the rising process, even if it takes hours sometimes!

While thinking about what I could make with yeast recently, I remembered seeing an interesting recipe on an awesome blog that looked awful tasty! What a perfect recipe for my second time using yeast. The first time was a success, so I could only hope the second would be too.

Flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

Eggs - whisked!

Melted butter, milk, water and vanilla.
Mmmmm

The beginning of the rising process.

And done!

The recipe told me to do this - I promise!
Okay...it told me do do something like this. :)

Waiting for it to rise a little more.

The rolled out dough with melted butter mixture!

The dough with the sugar/cinnamon mixture on top.
Yes, it looks like a lot - that's what the original recipe says too,
but it's not overly sugary when it's all done!

Cut into squares and waiting to rise once again.

Done rising!
Fiiiiiiiiiiiinally.
(The waiting it soooo worth it - promise.)

Halfway through baking.

Annnnnnnd DONE!

So...was it a success?

Oh yeah. Absolutly! 100% Success.

SO successful that it was way too hard to stop eating it and it didn't last very long!
