Adventures With Rice: Garlic Rice Pilaf

Another rice posting. YAYYYYYY! This one is about a very delicious Garlic Rice Pilaf! I know you're all as excited as I am, so I won't say much and get right to showing you how to make this super tasty recipe that is amazingly simple and easy to make!

The Goods:
Long Grain White Rice
Chicken Broth - Divided
Garlic - Minced
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Fresh Lemon Juice

Melt the butter over medium-high heat...

Until it looks a little like this!

Add the garlic and rice and toast a few minutes.

Pour in 1 Cup of Chicken Broth

Stir to combine...

And bring to a boil!

Then transfer to a covered casserole dish.

Put into Preheated oven and bake fore 20 minutes.

After that time - it will look like this, but it's not done yet!

Add the rest of the Chicken Broth and stir to combine.

Bake another 30 minutes or until rice is fluffy and tender.

And it should look like this!

Squeeze juice from one lemon over the top and serve.

This makes so much rice, so I end up eating it for a few days with other leftovers and in salads.
